Are you an artist with spiritual or Buddhist leanings? We have a large hallway in The Buddhist House which we have ambitions to convert into a gallery. If you would like to display your work, let us know. We are happy to take work for selling exhibitions (make a small donation from anything you make and we'll handle the sales). Interested? Just finished the women's retreat weekend - a lovely relaxing time in which we did a lot of practice, a lot of sharing and had a good chill out too.

After the weekend Jenny stayed on and she and Anna have been makig bird boxes in the garden to encourage our feathered friends to nest.

SCULPTURE IN THE LIVING ROOM

Anna Guzek, resident artist in The Buddhist House, took a break from sorting old clothes to create an impromptu sculpture in our sitting room.

Anna mainly works making silver jewelery and is open to commissions. At Tariki Trust we are interested in supporting the arts and would like to invite Buddhist artists and others working from spiritual perspectives to exhibit their work in the house as part of an ongoing selling exhibition.
